Privacy Policy
Last updated 15 Oct 2026
This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit meevra.com, sign up for the newsletter, buy or download a product, or write to us.
In short: we set no tracking or advertising cookies, we do not store your IP address, we sell no data, and we keep usage statistics for 90 days.
1. Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is:
- Meevra
- contact by email at support@meevra.com
- Registration number: none
- VAT number or VAT status: not VAT-registered
- Email: support@meevra.com
Write to this address for any privacy question or request.
2. Visiting the site
Hosting and security. The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from attacks, Cloudflare processes your IP address and the technical data your browser sends with every request (for example the browser type). We do not receive or keep Cloudflare's request logs.
Usage statistics. To see which pages are used and which buy buttons are clicked, we count page views and clicks on buy buttons. For each one we store:
- the page address without its query string (the part after "?"), and the referring page without its query string;
- the screen size and browser language, if your browser sends them;
- the device type (mobile, tablet or desktop);
- the approximate location (country, region and city) that Cloudflare derives from your IP address;
- for clicks: which item or pack the button belongs to;
- a pseudonymous code, calculated from your IP address and a secret value that changes every day, so that we can count visitors per day.
We do not store your IP address, and the daily code cannot be linked across days. We do not combine these statistics with your email or your orders.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running, securing and improving the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Retention: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
3. Newsletter
If you sign up, we send you one email with a confirmation link. You are added to the list only after you click that link (double opt-in). If you do not confirm, we do not add your address. We store your email address, the time and place of sign-up, the version of the consent text you agreed to, and the time you confirmed.
We send occasional emails about new and updated prompts and skills. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also write to us. After you unsubscribe we keep your address on a suppression list only so that we never email you again by mistake; you can ask us to delete it completely.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.
- Retention: until you unsubscribe; the suppression entry until you ask us to delete it.
If your address was added to our list on the earlier version of this site without a confirmation step (for example when you created an account), we will not send you newsletters. At most we send one email asking whether you want to subscribe; if you do not confirm, we delete the address.
4. Buying and downloading
Checkout, payment, VAT and file delivery run on Payhip (see section 7). Payhip collects what it needs to take your payment and deliver the files, under its own privacy policy. After a purchase, Payhip sends us an order notice with the order number, your email address, the products, the price, the currency, whether VAT was applied, the payment method type and the date. Payhip also sends your IP address; we remove it before storing the notice.
We use this data to keep our order log, to provide updates and support, to handle withdrawals, refunds and guarantee claims, and for our accounting and tax duties.
- Legal basis: performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legal obligations under accounting and tax law (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
- Retention: the order log for as long as accounting and tax law requires (in Lithuania generally up to 10 years); the raw technical copy of each order notice for 30 days.
5. Writing to us
When you email us, we process your email address, your message and anything you attach, to answer you.
- Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering you, or the contract if your message is about an order (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).
- Retention: up to 2 years after your request is closed, longer only if we need the messages for a legal claim.
6. Accounts from the earlier version of the site
meevra.com no longer offers accounts; you do not need one to buy or download. If you created an account on the earlier version of the site (with Google sign-in or with email and password), your email address, display name and, for Google sign-in, profile picture are still stored with our database provider Supabase. You can ask us to delete your account at any time. We do not use these accounts for anything else.
7. Who helps us (processors and other recipients)
We share personal data only with the providers we need to run meevra.com:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, content delivery, DNS, security and the server functions that receive the statistics and sign-ups).
- Supabase, Inc. (database for the newsletter list, the order log, the usage statistics and the old accounts).
- Payhip Limited, United Kingdom (checkout, VAT handling and file delivery). Payhip and the payment provider you choose at checkout, for example PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. in Luxembourg, also process your data as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
- Resend (sending the newsletter and its confirmation emails).
- ImprovMX (receiving email sent to our @meevra.com addresses and forwarding it to our mailbox).
- Google (Google Ireland Limited; the mailbox where our support email arrives, and Google sign-in for the old accounts described in section 6).
We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use advertising networks. We may disclose data to authorities only where the law requires it.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States or the United Kingdom. For the United Kingdom, the European Commission has decided that data protection is adequate. For the United States, we rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified under it, and otherwise on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses in the provider's data processing terms.
9. Cookies and local storage
We set no cookies for analytics or advertising and use no third-party tracking.
- If you switch between the light and dark theme, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage, only so that the site remembers it.
- Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots.
- When you click a buy button, Payhip's checkout opens. Payhip may then set the cookies it needs for checkout and payment, under its own policy.
These are strictly necessary for the site or for a service you ask for, so they need no consent.
10. Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, a copy in a portable format, correction, deletion or restriction of processing, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before the withdrawal. Write to support@meevra.com. We answer within one month.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, in Lithuania the State Data Protection Inspectorate (Valstybinė duomenų apsaugos inspekcija, vdai.lrv.lt), or the authority in the EU country where you live.
We make no decisions about you by automated means, and we do not profile you.
11. Children
meevra.com is not meant for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
12. Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we tell you by email where we can.
