Terms of Sale

Last updated 15 Oct 2026

These terms apply when you buy or download a product from meevra.com. Please read them before you pay. If you buy as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away the rights that the law of your country gives you.

1. Who sells to you

  • Seller: Meevra
  • Address: contact by email at support@meevra.com
  • Registration number: none
  • VAT number or VAT status: not VAT-registered
  • Email: support@meevra.com

In these terms, "Meevra", "we" and "us" mean the seller above. You can reach us by email at any time; we answer within 14 days, usually much sooner.

2. What we sell

Meevra sells digital content only: AI prompts and agent skills, written by us.

  • Prompts are Markdown (.md) files with one prompt and instructions for using it.
  • Agent skills are folders with a SKILL.md file in the Agent Skills format. You can add them to tools that support skills or paste them into any chat.
  • Packs group the items for one job: Business Ops; Content, SEO & Social; Research & Analysis; Code & Agents; App Builders; Video; and Image.
  • All-Access contains every paid and free item.
  • Free Starter is a free download with a selection of items. It is covered by these terms too, apart from the sections about payment and refunds.

Each item has its own page on meevra.com that describes what it does, when to use it and when to skip it, and which AI models it is written for. Paid item pages show the structure and an example, not the full text. You do not need an account to buy or download.

3. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT. The price on meevra.com is the price you pay at checkout. There are no extra fees from us.
  • We do not show "was" prices or invented discounts. If we lower a price, we also show the lowest price we charged in the 30 days before the reduction.
  • Checkout runs on Payhip (see section 4). You pay with one of the methods Payhip offers at checkout, such as PayPal. We never see your card or PayPal details.
  • Coupons, when we offer them, apply only as described in the offer.

4. Checkout and delivery through Payhip

Checkout, payment handling, VAT calculation and file delivery are provided by Payhip Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 08386910), 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. For sales of digital products to customers in the EU and the UK, Payhip states that it acts as reseller for VAT purposes and charges, reports and pays that VAT. Meevra remains responsible for the products themselves: their description, their quality and conformity, updates and support.

The contract is formed when you complete payment at checkout. Delivery is immediate and electronic: after payment, Payhip shows your download link and emails it, together with your order confirmation, to the address you used at checkout. If a link expires or the email does not arrive, write to us and we will send the files again.

5. Right of withdrawal for digital content

As a consumer in the EU you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, that right ends when the supply starts, but only if all of the following happened:

  1. Before paying, you ticked a checkbox at checkout that reads: "I agree that Meevra delivers the digital content immediately, and I understand that I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal once the download is available."
  2. The checkbox was not ticked in advance; you ticked it yourself.
  3. We confirmed this consent in your order confirmation email.

When all three apply, you can no longer withdraw once Payhip makes the download available. Your rights under section 6 (faulty or non-conforming content) stay in full.

If any of the three did not happen, you keep the right to withdraw for 14 days from the day of purchase and you do not have to pay for content you received during that time. To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to support@meevra.com with the subject "Withdrawal", the email address you used at checkout and, if you have it, your order number. You may use the model form below, but you do not have to. We refund the full price within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the payment method you used, unless you agree otherwise. After a withdrawal, please delete the files and do not use them.

Model withdrawal form:

To Meevra, contact by email at support@meevra.com, support@meevra.com: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [product]. Ordered on: [date]. Name: [your name]. Email used at checkout: [email]. Date: [date].

6. If something is wrong: the 2-year guarantee

We must supply digital content that matches its description and works as stated. Under Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Lithuanian law, we are responsible for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within 2 years from the day the content was supplied to you. If a problem appears within the first year, we presume it already existed when you got the content, unless we prove otherwise.

Examples: a file is missing, corrupted or incomplete, or an item is materially different from its description on meevra.com.

If that happens, write to support@meevra.com and describe the problem. We will first bring the content into conformity (for example by sending a corrected file) free of charge, within a reasonable time. If we cannot, if we refuse, or if the problem is serious, you can ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract and get a refund for the affected product. These rights do not depend on the 12-month update offer in section 7.

7. 12 months of updates

For 12 months from the day you buy a pack or All-Access, you get every new version of what you bought at no extra cost:

  • Revised items: when we publish a new version of an item in your pack (its version number goes up on its page), you get the new version.
  • New items: when we add an item to your pack, you get it too.
  • All-Access: covers every pack, including items and packs added during those 12 months.

We deliver updates through Payhip: we replace the product files and Payhip lets you download them again with your original purchase, usually with an email that tells you something changed. We do not promise how often we update or how many items we add. After the 12 months you keep everything you have downloaded. Later versions may then need a new purchase, but the updates the law requires to keep your content in conformity (section 6) stay free.

8. Licence: how you may use the items

When you buy or download an item, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own work and for the internal work of your business, including work you do for your clients.

  • You may change the prompts and skills for your own use.
  • The text that an AI model produces with our items is yours to use for any lawful purpose.
  • You may not resell, share, publish, upload or give away the item files or their text, or substantial parts of them, whether free or paid, on their own or in another product.
  • Team or company-wide licences are available on request.

The items stay our intellectual property. The free items are covered by the same licence.

9. AI models change

AI models and the tools around them change often. Each item states which models it was written for, using the model facts listed on meevra.com at the time of writing. An item shows a date and the model used in a real run only when we have done that run. We do not promise a particular output, business result or model behaviour, and we are not responsible for changes that AI providers make to their products. This does not limit your rights under section 6.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for damage caused by intent or gross negligence and for damage to life, body or health. For other damage caused by ordinary negligence, our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product concerned, to the extent the law allows. Mandatory consumer law always prevails over this section.

11. Acceptable use

Do not use our products for unlawful, deceptive or harmful purposes. Do not attack, overload or scrape meevra.com. If you share paid files in breach of section 8, we may block further downloads for that order.

12. Complaints and disputes

Please contact us first at support@meevra.com; most problems are fixed quickly. If you are a consumer and we cannot agree, you can turn to the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (Valstybinė vartotojų teisių apsaugos tarnyba, www.vvtat.lt) for out-of-court dispute resolution, to the consumer body in your own EU country, or to the courts.

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. If you are a consumer living in another EU country, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of that country, and you can bring a claim in its courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future purchases. The version that was published when you bought applies to that purchase. The date at the top shows the latest change.
