When to use

  • You want Runway clips that keep their composition, characters and style.
  • Text-to-video keeps changing framing, faces or style between generations.
  • You want a shot list where each shot has a starting frame and a separate motion prompt.

When not to use

  • One quick clip with no continuity needs: a plain Text to Video prompt is faster.
  • Background replacement or changing something in an existing clip: use Green-Screen Killer (Aleph 2.0).
  • Animating only part of a still while the rest stays put: use Selective Motion Playbook.

Example

User: A lighthouse keeper finds a message in a bottle at dawn. 3 shots, moody film look, 16:9, keyframes in Midjourney.

Result (abbreviated): STYLE BLOCK: 35mm film grain, muted teal and amber palette, soft sea haze, cinematic still SHOT 1 - isolation Keyframe: wide shot, lighthouse on the right third, a rocky shore leading in from bottom left, a lone figure small at the water's edge, low dawn light from frame left, 35mm film grain, muted teal and amber palette, soft sea haze, cinematic still --ar 16:9 Check the still: the figure reads at small size; the horizon is level. Motion: Slow push in. The figure walks along the shoreline. Waves roll in gently; haze drifts. Length: 6 s · If it fails: the figure grows or slides -> fix the motion: "the figure walks slowly, staying small in frame".

Illustrative example; actual output will differ.
