Fashion Lookbook Engine
A lookbook film in Runway: the same model across looks, fabric that moves like fabric, and colourways edited from one approved shot.
When to use
- You have a collection, drop or capsule (3-8 garments) and want a short film for it.
- You need the same model across different outfits.
- You want to show several colourways without reshooting or regenerating every shot.
When not to use
- You need exact, sellable product accuracy (true colours, exact cut, logos): shoot the real garment and use AI for mood shots only.
- A single product ad with a hard hook: use Impact Hook Factory.
Example
User: Autumn capsule, 3 looks: camel wool coat, rust silk slip dress (also in black and olive), cream knit set. Quiet, warm, confident. 9:16.
Result (abbreviated): MODEL ANCHOR: "A tall woman in her late twenties, short dark bob, strong brows, calm expression, long unhurried stride, relaxed shoulders." LIGHTING LINE: "A single warm key light from high left, deep soft shadows, controlled contrast." LOOK 2 - rust silk slip dress (colourways: black, olive) 3 Movement (6 s): she turns away from camera; the bias-cut silk clings, then swings out and settles as the turn ends. Colourway edits: "Change only the dress colour to deep olive green; everything else stays the same." Cut to next: her turn cuts to the knit set on a matching turn.
