FLUX.2 Product Series Consistency
Plan a 6-12 image FLUX.2 product series that looks like one shoot: reference plan, frozen product sentence, locked style block, shot list and a two-image drift check before you generate the rest.
Use it when
- You need a set of 6-12 product images (shop carousel, ad set, catalogue page) that must look like one shoot.
- Your current FLUX images change light, background or product size from one to the next.
- Several people generate images for the same brand and need one kit to share.
Skip it when
- You need one hero image, not a series: the free editorial-product-photo-style block is enough.
- You want each image to explore a different look. This kit locks the look on purpose.
- You don't use FLUX.2. For Midjourney, use midjourney-style-lock; for Nano Banana, nano-banana-reference-composer.
Example
Input: 30 ml amber glass serum bottle with a brushed-gold dropper cap · humid greenhouse morning · 8 images · shop carousel, 4:5 · brand colours #2F4A3A (leaf green), #C8A55A (gold) · [pro] · 2 product photos (front, three-quarter)
Output excerpt
1. REFERENCE PLAN
- Image 1 (front photo): bottle shape, glass colour, cap. Image 2 (three-quarter photo): cap detail and shoulder curve.
- After approval: the chosen DRIFT PAIR image joins as Image 3, controlling light and surface only.
2. PRODUCT SENTENCE: "A 30 ml cylindrical amber glass serum bottle with rounded shoulders and a brushed-gold dropper cap, label facing the camera."
3. STYLE BLOCK (excerpt): "Diffused overcast skylight from the upper left through greenhouse glass, soft shadows falling to the lower right. The bottle stands on a damp pale limestone slab with fine water beads… camera slightly below bottle height; the bottle fills half the frame height… palette of amber, #C8A55A gold, #2F4A3A leaf green and pale stone."
4. SHOT LIST (3 of 8)
- Shot 1: Front view, upright, centred.
- Shot 5: Lying on its side, cap pointing right. DRIFT PAIR
- Shot 8: Dropper lifted above the bottle, a bead of serum forming. DRIFT PAIR
6. DRIFT CHECK (2 of 6)
- Do the shadows fall to the lower right in both? If no: tighten the light sentence in block 3 ("low skylight from the upper left").
- Is the glass the same warm amber in both, not orange or brown? If no: add "warm honey-amber glass" to block 2.
ASSUMED: the label is composited later from the real artwork.
