Text-in-Image Layout
Get posters, thumbnails and social cards whose text actually renders: copy cut to fit, a layout spec, a model-ready prompt, a blank fallback and a proofreading list.
Use it when
- You need a poster, event card, YouTube thumbnail, quote card or packaging mock-up where the words are part of the design.
- Your generated text keeps coming out misspelled or in the wrong place.
- You aren't sure which image model to use for a text-heavy design.
Skip it when
- The text is long (a menu, a flyer with paragraphs, terms). Generate the background only and set the text in a design tool.
- The image is a product photo with a real label. Use gpt-image-product-shots or composite the real label.
- You need legally exact text (prices, ingredients, disclaimers) inside the generated pixels. Those always go on in an editor.
Example
Input: event poster · 2:3 · text: "NIGHT MARKET", "Fridays at the old tram depot", "Street food · Vinyl · Late opening", "Free entry before 9 pm", "oldtramdepot.lt" · risograph look, two inks (#E4572E, #1D3557) on cream paper · not sure
Output excerpt
1. COPY FIT
- Headline: "NIGHT MARKET"
- Supporting line: "Fridays at the old tram depot"
- Label: "Street food · Vinyl"
- Removed: "Late opening" (keeps the label short).
- EDITOR LAYER: "Free entry before 9 pm", "oldtramdepot.lt"
2. LAYOUT (excerpt): Headline across the top third in heavy condensed sans capitals, #E4572E, about 70% of the frame width. Clear band at the bottom, 15% of the height, left empty for the editor layer.
3. PROMPT: Model: Nano Banana Pro, because three text elements and a strict layout suit its text rendering. "A two-colour risograph poster on cream paper with visible grain and slight ink misregistration. At the top, the headline "NIGHT MARKET" in heavy condensed sans-serif capitals, tomato red #E4572E…"
5. PROOF LIST (excerpt): "NIGHT MARKET": exactly one space and no doubled letters. "Fridays at the old tram depot": lowercase after the F; no stray full stop. "Street food · Vinyl": the middle dot, not a hyphen.
