Payment Integration Walkthrough
Writes the Bolt prompts and the go-live test matrix for Stripe or Paddle payments where only a verified webhook grants access and refunds take it away.
When to use
- You are ready to charge for your Bolt app.
- Checkout works, but access is not granted reliably, or is granted to people who did not pay.
- You are about to switch from test keys to live keys.
When not to use
- Marketplaces that pay out to sellers, or metered usage billing: these need the provider's dedicated products and a closer review.
- You sell one thing from a static page: the provider's hosted payment link is simpler.
- APIs that are not payments (AI, email, maps): use
bolt-api-integration-kits.
Example
User: Resume builder on Bolt with Supabase. A one-time €19 "Pro" unlocks PDF export and all templates. Stripe.
Result (excerpt):

When a charge is refunded, set that entitlement to revoked. Reply 200 at once."
Check: replay the same test event; the entitlements table still has one row.
