Custom GPT Migrator
Converts saved Custom GPT configurations into ChatGPT Projects or plugin-ready skills, with a parity test against the old GPT and a cutover checklist.
When to use
- You own Custom GPTs that you or your team still use, and you want them moved before the retirement date.
- You are migrating several GPTs and want the same structure, tests and checklist for each.
- You want the replacements in version control, as skill folders a plugin can carry.
When not to use
- Nobody uses the GPT. Save its instructions and files for your records and let it retire.
- The GPT is mainly a front end for Actions on your own API. Plan the app (MCP) with a developer first; this skill covers the instructions side.
