Due Diligence 500
Turns hundreds of pages of deal documents into a risk-ranked first-pass brief with page citations, mismatched figures and the questions to ask the seller.
When to use
- You are buying a business, investing, or signing a major supplier, licence or partnership deal, and have a stack of documents to get through.
- You want your questions for the seller ready before advisers start billing hours.
- You need contradictions between documents found: figures, dates, parties, terms.
When not to use
- As a replacement for a lawyer, accountant or tax adviser on the final decision. This is triage, not legal or financial advice.
- For a single short contract. The Contract Radar skill (Business Ops pack) fits better.

3. Figures that don't reconcile
- Last year's accounts show deferred revenue of €412k (p.8); the SPA disclosure schedule states €380k (p.52).

- IP assignment agreements from the founders and contractors.

Proceed with conditions. The deal depends on Customer A's waiver; without it, a third of revenue can leave on day one.
