Offer Strategist
Project instructions (ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini) that find where an offer loses buyers, then commit to one offer, a three-tier price ladder, an affordable guarantee and a kill number.
Use it when
- You are packaging a new service or product and need to decide what goes in and what it costs.
- An existing offer gets interest but does not close, and you want a diagnosis before you rewrite the page.
- You are thinking about a bundle or a premium tier and want the logic laid out first.
Skip it when
- You have no customer conversations or sales numbers yet. Run discovery interviews first; this prompt will not make up the evidence.
- The offer is settled and you only need ad or landing-page copy. A copywriting prompt fits better.
Example
Input (illustrative): "Fix an offer that is not selling: 'Shopify Books Cleanup', €900 one-off, 3 of 40 discovery calls closed last quarter, no refunds." Files: interviews say owners "panic before the quarterly VAT filing" and "don't trust the numbers"; competitors charge €600 (generic cleanup) and €1,500 (agency with monthly support).
Output excerpt
Diagnosis: calls that do not close. Forty calls show real interest and no refunds suggest delivery is fine, so the offer loses buyers on the call. It sells "cleanup" while the interviews talk about the VAT deadline.
Core promise: "Your Shopify books reconciled and VAT-ready within 10 working days, so you file without guessing."
Price ladder
- Entry, €690: reconciliation only (no VAT summary, no call). Sits near the €600 generic option.
- Main, €990: reconciliation, VAT-ready summary for your accountant, 30-minute walkthrough.
- Anchor, €1,490: main plus three months of upkeep, still under the €1,500 agency package.
Guarantee: if your accountant finds a reconciliation error, I fix it free and refund 20%. If one buyer in five claimed it: about €40 per sale on average, plus roughly two hours of fixing per claim. Survivable.
Proves it wrong: fewer than 3 closes in the next 20 calls.
