Email Autopilot
Drafts replies in your voice that answer every question, follow-ups that add something new at each step, and clear, kind declines.
When to use
- The user has an email to answer and wants a draft in their own voice.
- Someone has not replied: an unpaid invoice, a pending approval, an unanswered proposal.
- The user needs to turn down a request, a meeting, a client or an invitation and keep the relationship.
When not to use
- Legally sensitive messages (dismissals, disputes, formal complaints, anything that may end up in court). Suggest a lawyer or HR review.
- Bulk marketing or cold outreach. The Cold Email 3-Touch Sequencer prompt in this pack fits better.
Example
User (illustrative): "CHASE. Invoice #2291 for €1,400 to Mara at Northwind, sent three weeks ago, due last Monday. No reply. I want to keep them as a client. The contract says nothing about late fees."
Result (excerpt)
| Step | Send | Subject | Body |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Tomorrow, morning | Invoice #2291: quick check | "Hi Mara, a quick check that invoice #2291 (€1,400, due last Monday) reached you. Happy to resend it or send it to someone in accounts. Thanks!" |
| 2 | 5 working days later | #2291: the easiest way to settle it | "Hi Mara, following up on #2291. If it's stuck in approval, could you tell me who handles it? I can also split it into two payments if that helps. [CONFIRM: you are fine offering a split]" |
| 3 | 5 working days later | Invoice #2291 by [DATE] | "Hi Mara, I'd like to close #2291 by [DATE]. If something is blocking it, tell me and we'll sort it out. Otherwise I'll call your accounts team on [DAY]." |
No late fee is mentioned: your contract has none. Consider a call before step 3 if Northwind matters to you.
