Project Knowledge Architect
Designs the reference files, instructions and test questions for a ChatGPT Project, Claude Project or Gemini skill, so answers come from your material instead of drifting.
When to use
- The user is creating a project and has a pile of material (documents, notes, brand guides, FAQs, example replies) to upload.
- An existing project gives vague or off-brand answers, ignores uploaded files, or contradicts itself.
- The user wants project instructions that point to their files by name.
- A team shares one project and needs it to answer the same way for everyone.
When not to use
- The user has one short document. Upload it; there is nothing to design.
- The goal is a code repository's agent setup (AGENTS.md, CLAUDE.md, rules files). That needs a repo-specific approach.
Example
User (illustrative): "Small yoga studio. A Claude Project that drafts replies to member emails. I have a class schedule PDF, a 12-page policy document, a price list and some old replies I liked."

Conflicts to resolve first: cancellation window: the policy document says 24 hours, two of your example replies say 12 hours. Which is current?

Test question 4: "Do you offer prenatal classes?" A correct answer says the schedule does not list one and offers to check with the studio. Fail if it invents a class.
